Our Kawa Antigua coffee hails from the picturesque region of Antigua Guatemala, where smallholder farmers grow Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica coffee varieties. These beans are cultivated at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,616 meters above sea level in volcanic loam soil, which lends a distinct and complex flavor profile to the coffee.
Kawa Antigua undergoes a fully washed and sun-dried process, which helps to preserve its unique tasting notes of dark chocolate, bright fruit, and butterscotch. Our Kawa Andino coffee is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,700 meters above sea level, this Fair Trade and organic coffee is a blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties.
Kawa Andino is processed using the gully washed method and sun-dried, which enhances its rich salted caramel, silky sweet, and citrus tasting notes. This medium roast coffee offers a smooth and satisfying cup that showcases the unique flavors and characteristics of Peruvian coffee.
Bali, Indonesia: Kawa Kintamani
