Guatemala: Kawa Antigua

Our Kawa Antigua coffee hails from the picturesque region of Antigua Guatemala, where smallholder farmers grow Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica coffee varieties. These beans are cultivated at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,616 meters above sea level in volcanic loam soil, which lends a distinct and complex flavor profile to the coffee.

Kawa Antigua undergoes a fully washed and sun-dried process, which helps to preserve its unique tasting notes of dark chocolate, bright fruit, and butterscotch. With its medium roast, Kawa Antigua offers a balanced and delightful coffee experience that will please the palate of even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts.

Peru: Kawa Andino

Our Kawa Andino coffee is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,700 meters above sea level, this Fair Trade and organic coffee is a blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties.

Kawa Andino is processed using the gully washed method and sun-dried, which enhances its rich salted caramel, silky sweet, and citrus tasting notes. This medium roast coffee offers a smooth and satisfying cup that showcases the unique flavors and characteristics of Peruvian coffee.

Bali, Indonesia: Kawa Kintamani

Roast: Medium-dark

Tasting Profile: Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar

Our Kawa Kintamani coffee comes from the breathtaking region of Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. Smallholder farmers cultivate Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level, in the nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil.

Kawa Kintamani is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, a process that emphasizes its dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar tasting notes. This medium-dark roast coffee offers a full-bodied and robust flavor experience that highlights the unique qualities of Indonesian coffee.
